getting to the venue

On payment of your final installment we will send you a 'tour pack' including details of the flights which you should book to and from the UK. For these flights we will provide airport transits to the first hotel and from the final hotel. For individuals and other groups wanting to make their own flight arrangements we provide details of the first hotel and the final hotel and they should make their own airport transit arrangements. For larger groups requiring alternative pick-ups and drop-offs we may be able to arrange transits depending on venue and numbers.
