If you or anyone in your party has to cancel their booking, the person who made the original booking must notify us by email. The cancellation will take effect from receipt of that email. Cancellation charges will apply as detailed below. The charges are expressed as a percentage of the total trip price less the deposit which is is non-refundable. 8-2 weeks 50% 2-0 weeks 100% If you want to change your booking we will make every effort to facilitate this for you. Any changes to booking arrangements will be entirely at our discretion and subject to the availability of alternatives.
