TERMS AND CONDITIONS

CYCLE HIGH Ltd. for the purposes of these terms and conditions means Cycle High Ltd.

CYCLE HIGH Ltd. requires a deposit of £150.00 (non refundable) to confirm each booking. The balance in full will be required no later than 8 weeks before the trip departure date.

Cancellation charges will be:

8-2 weeks 50%

2-0 weeks 100%

In the event of cancellation by CYCLE HIGH Ltd., CYCLE HIGH Ltd. will repay in full all monies paid by me. CYCLE HIGH Ltd. hold funds on trust deposit sufficient to provide security for repayment. I have read the trip details set out in the CYCLE HIGH Ltd. website and I have been provided with full information about the trip. I agree that the contract between CYCLE HIGH Ltd. and me will be governed by English law and that any matter or dispute in connection with this contract will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Cycle-High reserves the right to refuse or restrict any application.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF RISK

You acknowledge that you will be participating in an organized cycle tour with CYCLE HIGH Ltd. which will involve strenuous physical activity. You confirm that you are sufficiently fit for, and you are not suffering from any health problems which will be exacerbated by such activity. You have been advised by CYCLE HIGH Ltd. to seek advice from a qualified medical practitioner if you have any doubts or concerns about your health or fitness.

You recognize that cycling on public roads, particularly in mountainous areas, is an activity with a danger of personal injury and even death. You confirm that you are aware of and accept such risk and will be responsible for your own actions and involvement in this activity.

You also acknowledge that you have been advised by CYCLE HIGH Ltd. to take out insurance against the costs of medical treatment, evacuation, loss of earnings and/or cost of care in the event that you suffer injury or illness during the tour and while travelling; against loss of or damage to my property (including your bicycle); against liability you might incur to third parties; and against costs you might incur in the event of cancellation or curtailment of the tour or your participation in it. You confirm that you will arrange adequate insurance against such risks.

You agree that, except in respect of death or person injury caused by the negligence of CYCLE HIGH Ltd., neither CYCLE HIGH Ltd. nor its employees or agents will have any liability (whether in contract or in tort, including negligence) for any loss, damage, injury or death which you may suffer in connection with the tours nor for any failure by you to take out adequate insurance.

PRIVACY POLICY

CYCLE HIGH Ltd. are committed to safeguarding the privacy of our customers; this policy sets out how we will treat your personal information.

1. What information do we collect?

CYCLE HIGH Ltd. may collect, store and use the following kinds of personal data:

(a) information relating to any transactions carried out between you and CYCLE HIGH Ltd. on or in relation to our services, including information relating to any purchases you make of our services.

(b) any other information that you choose to send to us.

2. Using your personal data

Personal data submitted by you will be used by CYCLE HIGH Ltd. for the purposes specified in this privacy policy or in relevant parts of the website.

CYCLE HIGH Ltd. may use your personal information to:

(a) send you general (non-marketing) communications about the services that you have purchased;

(b) send you email notifications which you have specifically requested;

(c) deal with enquiries and complaints made by or about you relating to the services you have purchased.

CYCLE HIGH Ltd. will not provide your personal information to any third parties for the purpose of direct marketing.

In addition to the disclosures reasonably necessary for the purposes identified elsewhere in this privacy policy, CYCLE HIGH Ltd. may disclose information about you:

(c) in order to establish, exercise or defend our legal rights (including providing information to others for the purposes of fraud prevention and reducing credit risk);

Except as provided in this privacy policy, CYCLE HIGH Ltd. will not provide your information to third parties.

CYCLE HIGH Ltd. will take reasonable technical and organisational precautions to prevent the loss, misuse or alteration of your personal information. CYCLE HIGH Ltd. will store all the personal information you provide securely.

CYCLE HIGH Ltd. may update this privacy policy from time-to-time by posting a new version on our website. You should check this page occasionally to ensure you are happy with any changes.

6. Your rights

You may instruct CYCLE HIGH Ltd. (us) to provide you with any personal information that we hold about you.  You may instruct us not to process your personal data for marketing purposes by email via our Contact Page at any time. (In practice, CYCLE HIGH Ltd. (us) will not use your data for marketing purposes)
